На ресепшне встречает вежливый персонал, который направляет Вас к компетентным менеджерам. Также сидят представители банков второго уровня, предоставляющих автокредит. Покупаем машину кобальт. Менеджер Аян очень долго обслуживает, надо постоянно подгонять и выпрашивать что там с нашей заявкой. Сказали приехать сегодня за машиной, что она готова. Мы приехали а на деле машина не готова совсем, сказали подождать часик, мы подождали, но так и не была готова наша машина. Уехали обратно домой и приехали через полтора-два часа, но снова ждём 🤦🏻♀️ очень долго всё . И Менеджера и сервис центр ужасно тянут всё

Отвратительное обслуживание. Только зашли а там посреди зала стоит менеджер и кричит на весь салон безостановочно - за ваши деньги любой каприз, за ваши деньги любой каприз. И далее никакого обслуживания, никто толком рассказать ничего не может, машина на тест драйве ушатаная, грязная. Хотя народу не протолкнуться. Вот на тауелсыздык отличный салон!

Купили машину в поошлом году. Кредит закрыли. Продали. Ходили за бругой. Но, увы, не было в наличии. Надо ждать, сказали. Пошли любоваться на китайские Омода, и даже попробовали тест—драйв.... Понравилось. Но не вызывает доверия. Почему, вроде нет недостатков, но покупку отложили.....

Автосалон нормальный, персонал отзывчивый, вежливый. Но есть большой минус, неквалифицированный персонал сервис центра. Мой случай, прошол первое то, через 300 км застучала стойка стабилизатора, записали на гарантийный сервис, пришлось ждать месяц, а там оказалось что стойка открутилась, во время то не произвели перетяжку подвески. А инженер по гарантии заявил что можно было ездить, значит он тоже неграмотный ведь в таком случае пришлось бы менять и стойку стабилизатора и возможно сам стабилизатор или амортизатор, разбило бы отверстия.

Стандартный салон автомобилей в основном эконом класса, за относительно небольшие деньги получаете в поляне себе автомобиль. Правдт в последнее время в наличии этих автомобилей нет.

Сервисный персонал не квалифицированный, более года немогут определить причину неисправности не правильного показания уровня топлива в баке! Также наблюдается безответственность сервисного персонала (вероятно, из-за большой утечки кадров, за год сменились более 3-х менеджеров). После крайнего осмотра и дефектовки, просто забыли оформить заказать запчасть. Теперь нужно повторно проходить осмотр машины с ожиданием соответствующей очереди. Потеряны два месяца на ожидание запчасти! Если руководство компании мониторит отзывы, рекомендую принять соответствующие меры! С уважением, Сакен
