I recently purchased a car from the Allur dealership and was very satisfied with the service. The staff was polite and competent, they helped us choose the right model, told us about all the characteristics and available configuration options. The purchase process was quick and without unnecessary bureaucracy. I was especially pleased that the managers did not try to impose unnecessary services, but honestly told me about all the conditions. The interior is clean, the cars are in excellent condition, there are both new and used cars. The prices are adequate, plus they offer favorable conditions for loans and insurance. My impressions are only positive — I recommend Allur to anyone who is looking for a reliable dealer!

Not only did they sell a broken car without compensating for anything when it was found, their specialists did an expert examination, they did not get the results, they sell spare parts at triple the price more expensive than on various websites, they complete repair kits and sell everything at retail at crazy prices, not to mention warranty service, cheap oils from them at triple the price......

My wife and I arrived with the firm intention of applying for a loan and buying a car. At the reception, they asked who we could work with, and they sent us a manager who said that one of the models that we were interested in was currently available in only two trim levels and only from the showcase, and the second model that the manager himself recommended to us was not in the showroom at all. But the finish line came when we asked about preferential loans at 0.1%, which we learned about from the salon's website page. To which the manager made a surprised face until we showed him the advertisement directly on the allure auto website. To which the manager replied, and I quote, "This is a marketing ploy. There really is no such thing." You can arrange a typical installment plan with an initial payment of 50%. It seems to make sense to choose more. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is very inviting.

I decided to take a car from the salon.... In the hope that I would forget what discomfort and parking spots are, but alas, I was just given a car with defects and flaws, taking advantage of my inexperience. The doors close like on an old Zaporozhets, you can't close them the first time, there's a flap on the back, and I talked about these ailments to a consultant who, as a low-quality seller (backhaulet), pushed the illiquid off and probably rejoiced at it like a child. I explained to the person that I was taking the car from the salon in order to forget about the problems with the car, but he used this data to play into his own hands. They act dirty and low, even though I read the reviews, and most of them are positive, I didn't pay attention to the negative ones and for good reason... In general, my experience with this brand and the seller was disappointing. And this assessment is because they promised to help me with this defective car today, but they didn't even call. 👎👎👎

I signed up for car warranty service at Allure Auto JAC. They set the date for May 27, but then, five days before it, they called back and rescheduled it for June 30, because, as it turned out, their electricians had quit. During all this time, I was left without a car, which is critically important for my work and causes losses. Unfortunately, the service managers are absolutely not accommodating, and there is a lack of competence in communicating with them. I do not recommend this company and I advise you to think several times before contacting them.
