The house is warm, in winter we turn off some of the batteries. In our 3rd entrance there are only 2 apartments on the site. Peace and quiet in the city center. The brownie chat is calm. The disadvantages are low ceilings.

The apartments are warm, the location is excellent, the location of the infrastructure is super, there are many social facilities in the district, pharmacies, bazaars, shops, salons, transport stops, cafes, restaurants, and the Bostandyksky district itself is quiet, ... but there are many disadvantages: it's a pity only one elevator, the passages to the house are not lit outside, the akimat does not care about this, the parking is small, there are not enough places by half, and parking the car outside is a whole quest...who arrived early.. that's the place, next to a long high-rise building without Parking. Therefore, I put stars for the warmth, cleanliness of the yard, entrances, the work of the AXIS and adequate communal services!

A good LCD. In the center, there is its own fenced area with security, a code gate and underground Parking. Always calm and quiet. In winter, residents decorate the yard beautifully. The entrance is always clean, the cleaners are polite, which is rare. I didn't think before that there could be such an LCD in such a secluded place.
