stupidly, they can't make repairs for a week. We have been applying for three days. every day we are told that they will come to us and no one comes. the most annoying thing is, they don't even call and warn you that they won't be able to come. the operators respond rudely, they do not want to work. every day they have new reasons for not coming and leaving the application open. we hope for a recalculation, but considering what your attitude towards consumers is, you can't even expect it.
