In the era of new technologies and digitalization, I did not expect to encounter incompetent operators of your organization! It took more than 5 days to connect to the Internet and TV system. On one day, I was told that the installation technicians worked until 18.00 and did not accept applications, on the other day they reported that they would install it after 20.00, as a result, on the 5th day at 21.00, our long-awaited AlmaTV arrived and finally installed it. BUT WE FACED ANOTHER PROBLEM, after connecting, your employee demanded payment for the connection! Why was there no mention of instant payment when accepting the application and my tenfold request, shouldn't payment be made after one month? WHY IS THERE NO INFORMATION ABOUT THE PAYMENT ON YOUR OFFICIAL PAGE? Please inform your future clientele about this in order to avoid such incidents! And I ask you to pay special attention to the call center operators, some have an unfriendly manner of communication (Feruza seems to have introduced herself like that) does not know how to talk to customers, behaves like at a bazaar! The most incompetent employees. I came in September to suspend TV for 2 months, the girl at the table allegedly accepted the application, said everything was fine, "frozen" for 2 months. However, the bill for payment has arrived. I come in October to sort it out, it turns out there were no applications.... what does it mean???? He also asks, but you definitely came. The trash is full. I do not advise contacting Alma TV at all.
