Pros: Clean air, beautiful location, good neighbors,top underground Parking.
Minuses:the water very often smells very bad, and sometimes it is rusty, there are a lot of mothers, and a terrible dump near a garbage can that smells terrible. And supposedly "Business Class", but no! In business class there is a normal grille and security, but here there is a cheap grille and there is no security, why is this a minus? Yes, because the children from below come and break everything here and shoot me.… But this is not the worst thing, the developer just mocks people very often by turning off the light, just imagine, you cook dumplings on an electronic stove and then once you turned off the light for 6 hours, there are no dumplings, but the developer gets high! I live here) I do not observe any interruptions with the light. I really like the peace and quiet and the playgrounds for children are cool. Everything is there, everything is nearby. Rahmet. And so in any residential complex there may be small non-offices, this is not critical, it all depends on the tenants. By the way, the neighbors are all well-mannered and intelligent.
