This review reflects my full experience renting a car with this company in Kazakhstan. Positive points: The overall cost was affordable. Including PayPal and Revolut transfer fees, the total came to about $54.54 per day, while the base rental price was $46.47 per day. Communication was fast and reliable, with responses through WhatsApp being particularly convenient. The car was in fair condition and performed reasonably well during the trip, though the battery connection occasionally failed, which was easily fixed with a light tap. Areas for improvement: Due to the deposit refund process through PayPal, I lost around 9% of the deposit to conversion fees. A better international refund option would greatly improve the experience for non-local customers. The car wash fee (3,500 KZT) was clearly communicated from the start, but it might make for a smoother experience if it were simply included upfront in the total rental price. The deposit refund took 8 days longer than the one-week period initially promised, which can be stressful for travelers who have already left the country. Overall, it’s a reasonably priced and responsive rental service, but the refund and international payment handling could be improved for a smoother experience.

We came to this salon to rent a car, and initially everything seemed quite normal to us: they offered to choose a better option, arrange everything carefully. But then everything didn't go according to plan. The cars that were shown to us were in terribly dirty condition — the body was covered in dust and droppings, there was a thick layer of dirt and dust on the panels inside, the steering wheel was worn off, the covers were askew, the mats were dirty, and something was spilled in places. The condition of the interior and exterior simply did not match the price. It is particularly unpleasant that only a few small scratches were noted in the act of receiving and transmitting, although there were many more defects, including a broken headlight. At the same time, the employee claimed that he had marked her, although the document indicated a completely different place. I would like to say separately about the staff: one man was very polite, attentive and really tried to help. But the second one, who was supposed to show the cars, behaved somehow indifferently and formally - he showed completely different options from those discussed, and generally created the feeling that he simply didn't care. We decided to cancel and terminate the contract — we just don't see the point in renting a car in this form, especially at a price that is not lower than that of other companies in the city, and the requirements for tenants are the same.

We came from Yekaterinburg and decided not to drive our cars, leave them in Astana by plane to fly to Almaty and rent a car there. We rented an eight-seater Hyundai Staria. The car is in good condition, clean. We were shown all the scratches on it, and we filmed it all on video. When they handed over the car, they were too lazy to go wash it and refuel it, they left quite an adequate amount for it. In general, everything is as described, very pleasant staff, answered all questions, were always in touch. I definitely recommend it. Although, of course, initially I had doubts that we were coming from another country.
