We came from Yekaterinburg and decided not to drive our cars, leave them in Astana by plane to fly to Almaty and rent a car there. We rented an eight-seater Hyundai Staria. The car is in good condition, clean. We were shown all the scratches on it, and we filmed it all on video. When they handed over the car, they were too lazy to go wash it and refuel it, they left quite an adequate amount for it. In general, everything is as described, very pleasant staff, answered all questions, were always in touch. I definitely recommend it. Although, of course, initially I had doubts that we were coming from another country.

almacar.kz sincerely do not recommend it!
they try to cheat wherever they can and work as they want:
1. they tried to take a cash deposit in dollars, but they wanted to return it in tenge in a week (at the rate of +15%).
2. upon returning the deposit (from card to card), even the transfer fee was withheld from me. the rationale is that everything is usually taken away with cash (who are these all) and other blizzard.
3. We agreed that I would pick up the car at 9 a.m., the office was opened at 10, after a bunch of calls and messages.
4. well, the dead car is like a completion)
the most unpleasant communication with them.

I took a budget cobalt to Almakar, went to the local beauties, Charyn, Kolsai, medeu was very pleased. There was no time to wash the car, I left them 2500, which was quite satisfactory, because they asked for more in the car wash next to the hotel. The car itself is very good, the mileage is small, the condition is excellent, there were a lot of scratches on the body, when I took everything on video just in case. It's inconvenient that you need to remind yourself about the pledge, but I think it's not a problem.

Good budget rental. If you need a car to go on business, I recommend it. The cars are not new, they are not suitable for the exhibition, but they drive reliably. The delivery and acceptance is honest, no one is trying to blame defects that have already been on you.

We have agreed on a lease. I took a car for 21 years. I expected that the condition would be decent.
As a result, when I came to pick it up. The car is all scratched around, the bumper is glued to the tape. The car is dirty (there were pieces of dirt on the seat), the wheels are flat, the tank is empty. As a result, after leaving the rental, the first thing I had to do was go to the service station, car wash and gas station and spend time on it, although I planned to go about my business. I took a small car seat, the consultant assured me that they have a car seat for the age category of the child. In fact, the car seat that was available was not age-appropriate for a child. The cheapest chair, safety 0!!!! In addition, the chair was terribly dirty, completely unsanitary, everything was puked up! By the way, the chair also had to be washed in order to somehow carry the child. After the stated 7 days, the deposit was not returned, I had to write and remind, after which the deposit was sent.
It's not the first time I've rented a car in different countries, but this is the first time I've come across such an approach to business!

Many thanks and greetings from Siberia to all employees of the company. A short review for the guests of Almaty. On vacation in your car in Kazakhstan, this is an unforgettable crash test for a personal car. After the last trip, I decided that now the train is my best friend. A day and a half and you are fresh, rested and smiling in Almaty. But the question arose about a trip to the Charyn Canyon and the Nomad fortress. I need a car. At least for 2-3 days. And here I appreciated ALMACAR's great help. I called an employee and arranged a meeting in the evening at the salon. But due to his carelessness, he did not take his passport with him. The head of the company (a very sympathetic person) took pity on us and signed a contract for a photo of my passport. By the way, according to the company's rules, if a person travels by car outside Almaty, he must deposit 60,000 tenge of collateral in return for 30,000. Of course, we didn't think to ask about it on the phone, we had exactly 30,000 with us. But even then he came to meet us halfway, and we took an oath in case of gross violations of traffic rules, we will pay the missing amount from Russia. Thank God, everything went well, and the deposit amount came to my card already in Russia. Honesty, benevolence and human decency are what characterize this company.

Terrible service. The machines need maintenance. The undercarriage is rattling, the collapse is not done. The company is located in the basement, you just can't find it from the street. None of the staff bothered to explain how to find them.
The owners have no desire to be customer-oriented, only money is important.
Unfortunately, I will not apply anymore.

It's just awful. Assessment 1. We have agreed on the car rental account. We sent scans of documents, they promised to tell us when to arrive and arrange a car. They didn't wait for the call. The service is just terrible! Do not contact this company. All the facts are obvious.
