The modem is not working for the second day. There are no reports of technical problems anywhere. I called the cultural center. They said that the problem was in the neighboring 11th house (12th microdistrict), and we were in the 12th house. And the problem is the same. They said wait until 6 p.m. on May 19th to fix it. Nine o'clock in the evening and silence. This is an outrage. It was the third day. Is this how services are provided? You can't work like this. I will terminate the contract with this company. There is no limit to indignation.

On 16.04, I bought an adapter from them and connected the high-speed Internet service. The adapter does not work from the word at all. I left a request through the operator, on 04/23, two dissatisfied technicians came and said your outlet is not working, I turn on the charger with them and the phone is charging. They're like, let's use it through an extension cord, okay, I got the extension cord, plugged in the adapter. They're gone, and the adapter isn't working again. I called the support service again and the operator offered to bring the adapter to their head office. Are you even adequate???? I've regretted choosing them a hundred times.

Disgusting service. The company turns off the TV every month. After a serious conversation with 3-5 managers, they accept the request for the next day, after 20-30 minutes they turn on the incoming signal and everything works. Yesterday, 06/9/2025, it was turned off again, after several calls, it was turned on after 30 minutes. I rebooted the TV, instead of 60 channels, 23 channels started working, and there is no signal on the rest. Today is 06/10/2025 I went to the office on Pyatnitsky St., again there was no substantive response, I arrived home, the masters came and began to set up the TV, and there they already turned on the signal while I was driving home. The masters said that the TV was not set up. This is a mockery of pensioners, supposedly you have to pay for the repair of 2500tg. What is this? They create the situation themselves to rip off pensioners!!! Where is your conscience and responsibility?! Or do you not know such words?!

To conclude a contract, they come to your address, and this is a separate action, then it turns out there is no technical possibility, then the master cannot. But this is still half the trouble, in order to terminate the contract, you need to go to their office and write a statement, and take the modem there. They don't take the equipment themselves. And if you don't pay back, they're saving up for rent. And you will find out in a few months, when a round sum has accumulated, although you have not used the services anymore. The provider's service is extremely terrible. If it is possible to connect another operator, feel free to bypass alma TV. All feedback on communication with the operator is real, it is impossible to get through, you hang on the line for 20 minutes, and there is a break, and then in a circle. You write to their telegram bot, they answer immediately, but if there is any problem, then you probably immediately go down the list and your questions are ignored.

The service is at zero. The call center is not aware of the company's affairs, so they lie. They lied to us about a global breakdown for a week, and the office said they fixed it within one day. But at the same time, nothing worked. Calls with fault requests are not recorded anywhere, so recalculation is impossible.

I use Alma TV for a very bad connection. We pay for 300 megapixels, and we get 160-170 megapixels. Last year they changed the router and put another one on. The impressions are the most negative. Managers sell the Internet, which the company simply cannot provide due to the lack of necessary equipment. I signed a contract and terminated it the next day. No one even asked about the reason for the termination. I do not recommend it.

I have been using the Internet from this provider in Kapchagai for about six months. At first, problems occurred every 1-1.5 months, then more and more often. The last time there was a crash was 2 days ago. Before that, a week ago. Every time nothing is achieved, the answers are stamped after several hours of waiting. (by the way, as with other reviews on this site). And now the next correspondence with support boils down to "expect repairs on the line." The company is not able to provide services of proper quality, is not able to quickly fix problems, is not able to answer questions about the timing of work. When I asked for compensation, they replied that they had a contract somewhere on the site that no one had ever provided, where it was allegedly indicated. that compensation is provided only after 72 hours of non-provision of the service. I'm looking for another provider.

There was a problem with them, they returned to Alma TV for a month, and those Internet is turned off once a day at 10 pm for 10-15 minutes, and then it was turned off altogether, but by that time the problems with Kazakhtelecom had been solved and I am happy to use the Internet provided by Kazakhtelecom. And the speed is higher, and there are fewer problems
