they promised a gift for the new year, so I always pay for several months in advance, but they never gave it, although I sat in a down jacket in a warm office for more than an hour. They never found the documents, but I left without a gift, they called me, invited me, and they acted so ugly. But the company has a big name. In the office, I heard other customers of the company being rude. Prices have increased significantly, and the service has become worse than 5 years ago. Who is to blame, let's think?!

Half an hour ago, I received a call from Alma-TV, the contract with which I terminated back in August. I came to the office and officially refused the services. But an advance payment was made. I was told that they cannot return this money now, they need to come back in two weeks. I didn't go anywhere. The calling employee of the company began to threaten me quite vigorously for the lack of payment for their services. How do these people work?!
