It is impossible to get through. After a week-long outage, the connection was restored and discounts were again. As soon as it starts to rain, the Internet immediately disappears. Last time, the repair team said that the reason for the discounts could be a faulty router provided by the company itself. They said that if the problem continues, then you will just need to change the router. Now, when I call tech support, they tell me that in case of replacing the router, I will have to pay extra.
