Unforgivably disregard for their customers.So many groundless technical breakdowns occur in such a short time, and the solution of all these problems with both the Internet and television is delayed indefinitely.You force people to waste their time on an empty 20-minute call, hoping to solve the problem through a dialogue with the operator, but in the end, not only does the person not get any return, but all these half-hour waits for an answer are interrupted by words that all your operators are busy, unpleasant, considering how a call with a bunch of uninformative advertising audio tags lasts a long time.
