Very pleasant and attentive people, and most importantly kind, and not because it's necessary (because of customer orientation), but because they really are like that!! It's incredibly nice to be here! Swimming pool, mountains, clean and tidy rooms, very tasty food!! I would like to mention hospitality separately! Since I am a sports person, I try to devote time to this And then, imagine, the son of the owners of the hotel suggested that I run through the mountains to the dam , where there are beautiful views I have never met such sensitive people, although I have been to many places They don't just work here, they really create comfort. I'm from Moscow myself and it's already hard to surprise with something (no matter how trivial it sounds ), but this place really surprises If I visit Almaty in Kazakhstan again, I will definitely come here ! It's a great place, like any other, there are flaws, but overall I liked it. Nearby trout farm, dam. there is a swimming pool. The staff is excellent.

The hotel as a whole is not bad for these places, but the wifi is not paid for. There are rooms with a shared shower, and there are rooms with an in-room shower.
