Very pleasant and attentive people, and most importantly kind, and not because it's necessary (because of customer orientation), but because they really are like that!! It's incredibly nice to be here! Swimming pool, mountains, clean and tidy rooms, very tasty food!! I would like to mention hospitality separately! Since I am a sports person, I try to devote time to this And then, imagine, the son of the owners of the hotel suggested that I run through the mountains to the dam , where there are beautiful views I have never met such sensitive people, although I have been to many places They don't just work here, they really create comfort. I'm from Moscow myself and it's already hard to surprise with something (no matter how trivial it sounds ), but this place really surprises If I visit Almaty in Kazakhstan again, I will definitely come here ! And I advise you!! Rating - 5 But it 's not about grades , it 's about people !

I checked into the hotel without prior reservation. The admin offered several types of rooms – he chose "economy" because he only needed to spend the night, but with a view of the mountains. The rooms are new, the beds are comfortable, the bed is clean. The hotel also provided a full set of hygiene items – ranging from several types of towels, bathrobes, slippers, ending with such trifles as a disposable comb and a set for brushing teeth. I slept well – fresh mountain air and silence (judging by the cars in the parking lot there were other guests). The shower was pleased with the presence of hot water, it is not necessary, as in the city, to wait for the water to warm up – apparently the hotel has its own boiler room. They offered to order "off the menu" for breakfast, which I took advantage of. They "lured" me to stay for lunch, but I had to go. I recommend it for a family vacation, or for "searching for silence", walking around the big apple orchard or the foothills / hills. The road from the hotel to Almaty runs along a new road that will be broken through to the Akbulak ski resort in the future.
