Cool cool business center. There are both companies and the JLT district administration. There are cool cafes with delicious coffee. There are several ATMs in the business center (ENBD, Emirates Islamic, and some others). There are a couple of shops. Legal services are available. What's more, visa advisory support. There is a branch of the Dubai Driving School where you can sign up for a license. I was there in several companies on the upper floors: the view from the window is crazy! The Almaz Tower is called, but it is Al-Mas. These are two words.
