An excellent business house, everything here you can find necessary for work and study, clubs, sections, hairdressers, beauty salons, medical centers, sewing rooms, shops.
But there is a very large flow of people and elevators cannot cope with so much traffic. You're standing in rush hour and you can't get into the elevator. This point was not considered during construction and design.

The eternal problem is parking!!((( The idiocy is that it could have been foreseen in advance, but the race for the "long ruble" apparently blocked everything!(( And so - almost everywhere in Astana - there is a problem with parking spaces, it feels like we don't have any land, EVERYTHING IS BUILT RIGHT NEXT to EACH OTHER, and it's so mediocre that it's terrible!!(( THERE is no sane person in the government of Astana and the country, Astana is becoming increasingly unsuitable for living!!((
