A good complex, a lot of different entertainment activities for all ages.We went to the Basta concert, since the building is quite large, we had to contact the staff and volunteers of the events, explained and conducted where everything was with politeness and understanding, which could not but please, despite the huge number of visitors with many more than one-time appeals to them.Both the building and the complex are very clean, which is good news.The audience was restrained, everyone followed their order and did not cause discomfort for everyone.There are fast food cafes and waiting areas before events.The prices are too high, just like in any other entertainment place, this is the only disadvantage so far!

I constantly go to the pool, and I take my children. I also go to the gym. I really like it, it's always clean, the staff is polite and friendly, the children were helped to reach the locker room and shown the lockers. Coach Kudret teaches my two children well, my son has stopped being afraid of water 👌🏼

There are many sports sections and educational games for children. There is a small gym. The prices are reasonable, the coaches are good.
The only bad thing is when concerts are held, there is no parking space or they are forced from all sides.

A good stadium, courteous staff and volunteers. Large-scale events - I was at the Scorpions concert - are held at 5+. Cafes and merch sellers are not greedy.
I'm taking off one star for the lack of an evacuation plan. That is, after the completion of a large-scale event, you just need to stand in the crowd and walk in any direction for a kilometer or two or three, until you can call a taxi (at the stadium itself, this is physically prohibited by the traffic police, and a traffic jam forms everywhere around)

В этом здании есть всё что необходимо. Разные кружки для детей, хоккей, фигурное катание, бокс, детские танцы. Для взрослых: скандинавские палочки для пожилых женщин, хоккей. Те, кто хочет научиться ездить на мотоцикле, там обучают. На втором этаже есть огромный фитнесс зал, за небольшую абонентскую плату, с прекрасными, огромными панорамными окнами. Можно тренироваться на тренажере и, к примеру, наслаждаться прекрасным закатом.
Так же, есть бассейн. Можно сходить на концерт. Туда часто приезжают знаменитости с разных стран. Замечательное место 👍🏻

It is very difficult to get there in the evening, because buses rarely run anymore, and the arena itself is far from the center.
There are many residential buildings nearby. It was difficult to find any coffee shop or even a grocery store along the way to take a break before/after the concert.
Inside the arena there is clear navigation, you will not get lost. It feels like it was either built recently or actively maintained in decent condition.

And of course, as for leaving there later, this is a separate story, just nothing is coping, even the cops are not improving the situation, it is not possible to leave the parking lot, because they are not allowed to go to momyshuli, nor to catch a taxi, because everything is standing around.

It's cool inside, on the ice arena - it's better to take a plaid or a warm sweater with you (it won't be very comfortable to sit in outerwear). If you are just going to skate, then there is a skate rental and shoe lockers inside the complex. There are also the services of a coach - if you are uncertain about skating. The prices for entrance tickets to the skating rink and rental of skates are not above average.

Отличное место, хороший лёд, есть прокат коньков, заточка коньков и можно купить бургеры. Оплата онлайн через каспи банк очень удобно. Коньки напрокат, конечно, лотерея: были совсем мокрые и тупые, но можно наточить за 300 тенге, что существенно повышает комфорт катания. И надо быть готовым или стельки свои вложить или носки теплые привезти. Мы не знали, но лучше выбирать напрокат второй этаж, там коньки будут получше и, вероятно, посуше) Защиту напрокат - не покупайте, ее просто нету, а деньги никто не вернёт. Был на дневном сеансе (13-16), загруженность была средняя, кататься было комфортно.
