Terrible service, the cars are dirty, The train was 3.5 hours late for one trip (there is zero information at the waiting stations) well, it's okay, we waited, we left. Another time a child (the child was sick and was going home) wanted to go on the train of this company (the closest one was), tk was not allowed into the car, tk there was no printed boarding pass, there was no way to print it in advance in the city, there was a queue at the ticket office of the station. the child immediately went to the train, but the conductor did not even look at the identity document, sent him to print out the ticket. while the queue was waiting and while the ticket was being printed, the train went. I had to wait another 3,5 hours for the next train. Fortunately, medical assistance was provided at the station. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
