Good afternoon!
I would like to express my gratitude to your team and in particular to AIDANA (Department of Radiation Diagnostics at the cancer center on Zharokova-Utepova)!
On May 14, 2021, my husband was scheduled for a CT scan with contrast (3 types of CT), Aidan was making us out. Upon examination of the documents, it turned out that our therapist had issued everything incorrectly, and everything needed to be finalized.
What is extremely pleasant and surprising is that Aidana did not send us back to her clinic to finish and correct the documents, but began to call our doctor several times until she corrected all the inaccuracies and errors.
To be honest (knowing how we are sometimes sent back and not bothered with us like that), I thought that we would not pass the UKT today, but it was very important for us, we waited in line for a long time and my husband's health situation is serious.
And by the way, I was not the only one in this position - and other patients in the queue also had mistakes and defects in documents made by district doctors, and all of them were corrected with the help of Aidana. She didn't send anyone back.
And how pleasant and unexpected it was!
