I used to regularly order flowers in Almaty, but unfortunately, the quality has dropped significantly. On February 15, I placed an order, and the flowers arrived, which already looked tired — they hadn't even stood for one day! I thought it was a one-time event, but on March 6 I decided to order again, I warned them in advance to pay attention to the freshness of the flowers. The result is the same: two bouquets with stale flowers were brought. I contacted support, but in response I only heard: "We have fresh flowers. I can see from the photo that the roses are fresh. They haven't even opened yet." It feels like they're trying to explain to me that I don't see the difference between fresh and wilted flowers. They didn't even deign to apologize for the inconvenience. I am very disappointed, I will not order here anymore. (I ordered yellow and red in the basket on February 15, March 6)
