The choice was made because of the need for proximity to the place of residence of relatives. Breakfast is just a minus. The rooms are clean, but the rooms are like my childhood in the pioneer camp.the territory is five plus , its own garden with apple trees, cozy. But inside, in addition to the rooms, there are several more (actually a lot) of some firms and firms, some people and children are scurrying around, who have some kind of circle here. We have probably lost the habit of this, but there is no security, this is a minus. It's not noisy, it's good.

The worst hotel I've ever seen. The suite is cold, as on the street, they did not wait for hot water, they tried to drain it for almost an hour. A mattress with sagging springs, bedclothes feel like they were sewn from curtains, which were hung during the construction of the hotel. A hotel with a restaurant was announced, it was not possible to eat - it was closed for special maintenance. At the same time, there is not even a bottle of water in the room. There is a kettle and a refrigerator, there is no microwave.

The room is clean and has everything you need. It is located in a quiet area. Interesting layout of the hotel. On-site parking is paid. Wi-Fi catches only in the lobby. I did not put five stars, because it was cool at night. And for some reason, the dishes are calculated for 1 person, although the room is for two.

During the month of living there, there were no problems. The room was cleaned every day, bed linen and towels are changed 2 times a week. There is an electric kettle on the floor, and a microwave on the ground floor. I liked it, I will stay longer.

I really liked the Almaz Hotel, I spent six days with my wife and child in a two-room room. Everything is clean, everything is there, even there is a small refrigerator. Polite receptionist and staff. Excellent breakfast in the morning. The territory of the hotel is fenced, everything is beautiful and well maintained, trees, benches. A big plus is that the car can be left on site, for a small fee. The location of the hotel suited us, a good area, without fuss. The metro can be easily and quickly reached by bus, the stop is right next to the hotel. Grocery stores are nearby, just a short walk away. You can also drive to other shopping centers nearby. We did not find any disadvantages. Thanks from our family to all the hotel staff!

I have not been inside the complex. There are reviews from visitors. I examined the area very carefully. I can say that the location of the complex is very good. Behind the complex there is an age-old pine forest and already a ring road. Around the complex there is a well-maintained fruit garden, walking paths, flower beds, benches and gazebos, tuikas and conifers. It's very pretty. There is a parking lot for vehicles in front of the complex. Being in an area that is fenced, by the way. You feel a sense of peace. I repeat once again that I have not been inside the complex.

There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, only in the lobby. And then the signal is very weak. The numbers are dead. There is an unpleasant smell in the room. There is no shampoo or gel. The windows won't close. The shutters of the balcony door are untwisted, it is impossible to close the door. The purpose of this is unclear. The windows on the balcony are so cracked that they cannot be closed either. At the same time, there is a banquet hall on the ground floor, where various events are held. I got to a wedding that lasted up to 24 hours. And then for another two hours the guests dispersed with screams and screams. This is all under the windows of the room in which the windows are not closed.

The hotel is normal. The room is spacious, everything worked. They cleaned it every day. Everything was fine with cleanliness in 208. The light bulb has not been inserted into one of the lamps for 4 days. Minus a star, since there was not even hand soap, I'm silent about shampoos))) the administrator said that the information on the site is outdated))) the windows were also "tired", but it was not cold. The cafe is normal , the prices are excellent, the food was quite satisfactory. It's a pity that before 17. I was also surprised that the microwave was only on the ground floor, it was far from us. There is no catering in the area, only Dominos. This information is for arrivals.

I was on a business trip and stayed in Almaz, a little far from the center, but I stayed nearby. I liked the hotel, the smell of cleanliness is right in the room, the bed linen is clean, snow-white, starched, which creates a special gloss. The towels are snow-white. I am very pleased. Despite the fact that it was the most ordinary room. Homemade breakfast is delicious and fast. The portions are huge, as for me I couldn't even handle half of them))). And yes, the view from the window to the forest is very pleasant. It's like being in a sanatorium. I recommend it!

We spent the night in a 2-bed room. There is a built-in large wardrobe, table, chairs. There is a refrigerator in the hallway and glasses on a tray. The bathroom and toilet are combined. They give towels and soap with shampoo. There was a TV, but we didn't watch it. The cost is 39 rubles. The room was quiet. No one interfered. You can buy breakfast for 6 rubles. They cook delicious, but slowly. The coffee from the car is also delicious.

Disgusting!!! For the period of stay of 5.5 days - there was no hot water for 4 days!!! At the same time, we paid the full cost of the room for two people!! Boorish behavior of the staff: the maid scolds for the towel, the waiters talk about what the guests do not need to know, the dishwasher does not wash the lipstick mugs!!
Of course, I understand that this is not a super-duper 5-star hotel, but the service should be elementary. At least at a basic level.
And by the way, keep in mind that if you stay at this hotel in the summer, during the PLANNED SHUTDOWN of HOT WATER IN the AREA, then you will be given a key to a room in which the boiler is not working, and if suddenly you will live in a large company in neighboring rooms, and the hotel staff will know about it, then you will always they will give you the key to one room FOR THE WHOLE COMPANY!!! At the same time, after each of you, they will not clean up there! And like the cherry on the cake, one of you will be called to the room, asked to bring the key to the administrator, since probably someone else from the hotel residents will want to wash, and they will say that "once you take the key, you can't return it for half a day!! And there are many more tenants past you!". And with all this, employees are never confused by the fact that a large hotel is disconnected from hot water, populated almost to the brim, there is nowhere for people to wash from ordinary rooms, there are only 2 rooms with boilers for the whole hotel, one of which does not work, it nevertheless - they populate these two rooms with new tenants at that moment, the hot water in the area had not yet been turned on....... That's the impression I got about this place.
For a single room with a double bed (after which the back hurts from the neck to the coccyx for a whole WEEK!!!!) for two people for 5.5 days - we paid 442.75 Belarusian rubles! I mean, for the same money, as it turned out later, you can find options for living in the beautiful city of Minsk much better, more convenient, newer, and more pleasant.
It is difficult to anger me and thus force me to write a review, but Almaz Group managed to do it without much effort. Bravo!!!

The cafe and bar work as they want (then a wedding, then a day off, then a sanitary day). You can choose from two dishes in the cafe (scrambled eggs or amlet) and from one in the bar. The employees of the cafe-bar do everything as a favor.
Wi-Fi is available only in the center on the 1st floor (it is not even in the bar or in the cafe).
At least the mattresses on the double bed are modern.
