The owners of this business center do not want or are unable to invest in repairs. There is chaos inside, incomprehensible trading places, everything is randomly arranged, there is no passability because of this, there is no consumer competition. There is a Fixed price on the second floor, which is all that keeps you afloat. I don't even recommend buying groceries or goods.
