On July 26, I underwent a professional dental cleaning procedure at this clinic and it was my worst experience related to this procedure. Unfortunately, I couldn't make out the doctor's name on the phone, it was 07.26.25 at 11.00. Cleaning took only 20 minutes, with the standard 40-60 minutes. The doctor used ultrasound only on the inner surface of the lower teeth, and tried to remove the stone on the rest of the teeth with powder, which she confirmed in a telephone conversation, and she also dropped the instrument twice while working in my mouth, which severely cut my gum and injured my cheek, now eating is another quest. Dear future patients, think 100 times before visiting this clinic, the cost of professional hygiene of their "qualified" specialist is 25,000 tenge, it is better to choose a place and a better specialist for the same money. An appeal was also sent to the head of the clinic, which was read and ignored.🥹
