Previously, in the store at this address, we have repeatedly encountered the fact that there is one price tag, and as a result, a completely different price is payable. And now, before taking the product, we take a picture of the price tag. Today was no exception, Olives were punched at the checkout for more than the price tag on the shelf. We turned to the seller-cashier Anastasia Zychkova with the question "why the price of the goods does not match the one stated on the shelf", to which Anastasia "with all her love" looked at us and said that she had nothing to do with the price of the goods, she would punch the goods at the value that she was given. To which we showed a photo with a price tag from the rack. Anastasia left and called the senior cashier, Ekaterina Kuznetsova. Ekaterina also said that she has nothing to do with price tags. The workers communicated very brazenly, in a rude tone. Previously, we also faced similar problems in other stores, but the sellers turned out to be professionals in their field and either returned the price difference or punched it according to the price tag indicated on the shelf. I think it's not worth writing here about the Law on Consumer Protection, which obliges them to sell the product at the stated price. The seller's refusal to sell the product at the price indicated on the price tag may result in an administrative penalty. The Code of Administrative Offences provides for administrative liability for deception of consumers, as well as violation of the rules of trade and provision of services to the public. We asked for a book of "Comments and Suggestions", and I want to note that there are quite a lot of complaints about this topic and people write that even after a few days the price tags do not change. This suggests that the management does not react to this in any way. After writing a complaint, we went back to the price tag with Olives and lo and behold!!!, the price tag of the product was changed) And how did it happen?! If the sellers and cashiers have stated that they have nothing to do with the price tags… When visiting this store, be careful and check the receipts, you may be deceived!

A great store, exactly the same as the chain. Huge selection, good promotions, significant discounts. The staff is highly qualified, I did not notice huge queues, there are also self-service ticket offices. The choice is quite versatile, if you want pizza, sushi and the like - here you will find it. Шикарный магазин, отличная бонусная система. В отличии от Виталюра, Грина и Евроопта скидки ощутимые. Всегда вежливый персонал. Особое спасибо хочется сказать администратору Екатерине, которая молниеносно и деликатно решает все спорные вопросы. Обожаем мясной отдел. Там всегда внимательные продавцы. Вкусная кулинария. Часто бывает выпечка по акциям. Также приятна акционная молочка и торты. Иногда в час пик бывают очереди. Но они не критические. Особое спасибо хочется сказать кассирам. Они всегда очень внимательные, компетентные, некоторые с хорошим чувством юмора. И отдельное спасибо магазину за всегда чистые корзинки. Всем работникам магазина хочется пожелать земных благ, мира и процветания. Оставайтесь с нами и радуйте наши глаза и уши вашим присутствием.

I've heard from many that the cashiers here cheat. Therefore, you need to be vigilant.

Постоянно посещаю данный магазин. Всегда качественные, свежие продукты, высококвалифицированный и доброжелательный персонал (работа кассиров и администраторов). Огромный выбор товаров собственного приготовления (салаты, пиццы, пирожки, булочки, свежеиспеченный хлеб ). Есть возможность разогреть в микроволновке. Имеется барная стойка и стулья, где сидя в тепле у окна можно вприкуску созерцать приближение своего транспорта (такси), не утруждая себя поиском мест стоянки и ожидания.

Хороший магазин шаговой доступности. Есть своя кулинария. Хочется отметить отдел овощи и фрукты, всегда свежее. И накопительную систему лояльности, наверное единственная оставшиеся в городе в таком виде. Вообщем рекомендую.

But you have only positive reviews!🤣🤣🤣It's disgusting that the store sells meat that already stinks and it's time to throw it out and not sell it to people. I bought pickled thighs, the marinade did not save me from the smell, but I was confused, I thought that you never know what kind of seasoning, maybe it seems.After cooking (baked in the sleeve), it became clear that the meat was spoiled. Магазин удобный, только есть НО Готовую еду не покупайте, уже проверено не единожды она там совсем не свежая и парой подпорченная! Кассиров мало и в час пик покупателей сидит 2 с большими очередями Бурито с курицей на фото испорчено, оно просто протухло...

Третий раз в этом магазине... 1)рой мошек над персиками, потрачено 1 минута, чтоб найти 3 не гнілых.. 2) Батон по краям, просто, деревянный, а в середине разваливаются...3) Салат, приготовленный в тот день покупки, в обед : в 23"00 = имел очень - очень несвежий запах ((Повод дирекции магазина подумать о достойной организации обслуживания покупателей. Расстраивает, что такие вещи нужно озвучивать

Из плюсов только частые акции. Качество товаров очень низкое-несколько раз попадалось мясо с "душком" в упаковке производителя, т.е.явно нарушен режим хранения в магазине. Постоянные очереди в отделах и кассах. В отделах часто нет продавцов.

Очень часто посещаю,этот магазин так как живу рядом. В магазине выбор продуктов большой,но в магазине очень любят обманывать с ценами. На витрине одна цена, на кассе пробивается цена выше. Кто посещает магазин смотрите цены и потом проверяйте чек с кассы.

Суббота, 9 вечера, работает два кассира, в очередях по 10 человек. Не первый раз такое по вечерам, а на месте ни администратора, ни лишнего кассира. Надо наверное как-то оправдывать название универсама, а не местного магазинчика... Ставьте кассы самообслуживания!

Очень большие очереди в 21 00 людей много работают только 2 кассы , приезжаешь с работы и стоишь драгоценное время в магазине , могли бы поставить кассы самообслуживания учитывая размеры магазина

Выбор большой. Готовая еда очень даже не плохая. Персонал в большинстве своем вежливый и приятный, но , к сожалению, не все. Очереди бывают километровые в прямом смысле этого слова. Временами, приходиться стоять в очереди чуть лишне пол часа. Есть парковка

Сырую продукцию просто не возможно покупать (((( всегда,в лучшем случае с лёгким запахом, а зачастую с очень сильным!!!!!((((( Причем когда просишь поменять или вернуть, очень не согласны!!!!! Даже уже собрались нести вашу продукцию в санэпидемстанции!!!
