There are quite pleasant and friendly staff at the cash registers, there is one that is not quite adequate, but fortunately she does not often sit at the cash register. The self-service checkout is a separate story. To buy beer or champagne, you can stand for more than one , and sometimes even ten minutes, waiting for a store representative to confirm your age of majority. I haven't bought meat there for a long time, once upon a time, I bought it several times and it was frankly fragrant. Perhaps the situation has already changed.

We visited the ALMI store and were confronted with blatant disregard for customers. The situation is banal: they chose the goods, paid for them at the self-service checkout, and then asked the seller who was there to help with the purchase of tobacco products. Instead of immediately explaining that tobacco is not sold through self-service, the seller got off with the phrase "they will come to you now" and disappeared. We stood for about 5 minutes, repeated the request, and received only indifferent stares from the staff. The third time, the receptionist came up and rudely stated that tobacco should be bought at a regular cash register, but they don't do it at self-service. Question: why couldn't it have been said right away? Why keep people waiting, create confusion, and waste our time? If certain products are not available at the self-service, this should be clearly stated, or employees should inform customers immediately, rather than after several reminders. As a result, I had to queue at the regular checkout again, although everything could have been solved in a minute if the staff had shown a little attention and professionalism. Very disappointed with the service. Useless self—service, which only doubles the time of visiting the store, and boorish staff - we will not come again.
