We decided to visit the store with our family after the opening , the sellers are polite , they will explain and help us find the right product. The assortment is good, clean.But we decided to try the finished products, there was water in the minced meat, the grilled wings were not the first freshness, I'm silent about pies and whites...(a big plus is that you can apply most of the goods yourself) The store is good! But I do not recommend finished products!

In the fish department, as well as where the pizza is, you often have to stand and wait for an employee. There are quite pleasant and friendly staff at the cash registers, there is one that is not quite adequate, but fortunately she does not often sit at the cash register. The self-service checkout is a separate story. To buy beer or champagne, you can stand for more than one , and sometimes even ten minutes, waiting for a store representative to confirm your age of majority. I haven't bought meat there for a long time, once upon a time, I bought it several times and it was frankly fragrant. Perhaps the situation has already changed.

We visited the ALMI store and were confronted with blatant disregard for customers. The situation is banal: they chose the goods, paid for them at the self-service checkout, and then asked the seller who was there to help with the purchase of tobacco products. Instead of immediately explaining that tobacco is not sold through self-service, the seller got off with the phrase "they will come to you now" and disappeared. We stood for about 5 minutes, repeated the request, and received only indifferent stares from the staff. The third time, the receptionist came up and rudely stated that tobacco should be bought at a regular cash register, but they don't do it at self-service. Question: why couldn't it have been said right away? Why keep people waiting, create confusion, and waste our time? If certain products are not available at the self-service, this should be clearly stated, or employees should inform customers immediately, rather than after several reminders. As a result, I had to queue at the regular checkout again, although everything could have been solved in a minute if the staff had shown a little attention and professionalism. Very disappointed with the service. Useless self—service, which only doubles the time of visiting the store, and boorish staff - we will not come again.

There are also advantages in conducting various promotional programs, quite tasty products of our own production, but not all of them. I recommend pizzas of our own production at an affordable price. The wish for the staff is to increase the level of customer service.

Because as practice shows in other stores, it is constantly empty and you need to look for a seller to find the product. Perhaps this is due to the fact that the store is located on the outskirts of the city. Let's be honest that you come to the store for a specific promotional product in the store, and Almi always has a good selection of such products, and it's not just food. I put a five-minus only for inconvenient parking, namely, check-in from the ring side.

Fast high-quality service (although there are still not enough sellers), a lot of new baking products, pizza, delicious gourmet and flatbreads, and prices are pleasing for many positions lower than in other stores. Now I come here all the time, although there are shops closer to home.
