A HUGE store where you can buy everything from gastronomy and ready meals to chemicals and household utensils. The choice is very large, the prices are reasonable. The arrangement of the shelves by product category is quite convenient, at first it's a little difficult not to get lost, but then you walk like at home.
I really liked the bakery department, the bread is baked right in the store and then you go home satisfied with a hot and fragrant bread :3
I'd give you a couple more extra stars for that!

The idly staggering social elements and swearing youth are annoying, but there are no complaints about security. They always react clearly - especially with regard to alcohol drinkers, which is prohibited.

I used to really like the store, especially with vegetables, now everything is exactly the opposite. We go here regularly, because the store closest to home, the assortment is decently depleted, at 7 p.m. there are a lot of half-empty shelves, but that's nothing, 6.09 for the second day, the packaged cheese is ordinary solid, it smells like it has already come to an end, in the photo peppers for almost 9 rubles and tomato cream for 6. The shelves with them are clogged, but the peppers are sluggish, and the tomatoes are so soft that the midges are already swarming, they barely chose more or less normal three pieces. It's not the first time we've seen trouble with vegetables, but for so much, and at the same time for so much money…Do something about it already.

I stopped by this store on the way.I was surprised by the assortment and quality of the products.a very diverse selection of everything imaginable.I was a little confused, since the store is new to me and I was thinking where to start shopping.and then a girl, the administrator of the hall, Svetlana Mikhalevich, came up to me and asked what I was looking for, apparently seeing my confused look.I said it was my first time in this store.Svetlana quickly and in detail told where which departments are, conducted and showed where which promotions are, told about the bonus card. I was actually in a pleasant shock.it is very rare for admins to come to retail stores and ask what the buyer needs.and the main thing is that she approached correctly and did not scare with pressure, as it happens in non-grocery stores. A beautiful spacious store, full of a variety of goods, but! The contrasts of customer service, the low level, unwillingness and dissatisfaction of sellers to perform basic duties are surprising. Not so long ago, I was faced with the impoliteness of a seller from the fish department, to my question about a fish product, she replied, look there, although there were no more customers in the evening. When I came back for a consultation, there was no one behind the counter, I waited and rang the bell periodically, no one appeared. It is unpleasant to communicate with such a seller who does not show any participation and is indifferent, and left without buying.
Today there was an incident out of the ordinary. I came to buy cookies for the promotion, but in the store it turned out to be already weighed and packed in containers. I turned to several sellers, but each has its own shelves in the departments and they have nothing to do with other goods. I found some woman between the bread counters and asked if the store was packing cookies, she replied yes, but you can't pack them. I asked her who you were, to which she replied - I am a human being and began to laugh out loud defiantly, showing disdain and irony in my direction. I asked to call the head, but some female employee ran up and said that the head was absent from the workplace (the time was about 14.17) And I just had to weigh 4 cookies for a sample and I know for sure that this is possible. Suddenly, the first woman reincarnated and said bring the cookies, I'll weigh them for you, and she deigned to serve the customer in a dirty gray apron.
Instructions to the management: conduct educational work to improve the culture of customer service, increase sellers' knowledge of the rules of trade in food products, pay attention to the condition of sellers' uniforms, job tags, full names must be mandatory.
I had to communicate with the cleaner, who was behind the counter, said that she was a cleaner, could not help in any way, and the sellers all went out somewhere.

Incorrect price tags are often found, then you can still see how long the administrator is going on.
The staff is not motivated, some leftist employees, students, no one wants or can do anything, the management can not cope
Upd: Nothing has changed as of December 2025, the same unmotivated staff. There are no price tags, you ask the seller from the same intelligence department with your own hands and it won't even help, rather it will rush into the back room.

Upd2: January 13, 2025 10.00 a.m., the seller in the pastry shop does not hesitate to take the cakes from the sales floor and paste the date onto a fresh one (there are photos before and after the same package). As a result, customers at Almi have no idea if they are taking anything fresh when it is made/packaged.

I went into the store in the evening, closer to night, and more than one cash register was working, as everywhere in Minsk and with a crowd of 20 people queuing, but SEVERAL cash registers were working and there were no queues!!! One of the best shops in Kamenka! The food is always fresh. It's clean inside. Baking is just great! It's budget-friendly and delicious! The bread /loaf can be cut on the spot. Counters with pastries are oak products, periodically non-working refrigerators with canned food and seafood are generally fine) But today, like the cherry on the cake, I decided to go buy bread, I look and see a kind of cute flatbread lying, I turn it over, and we have a forest clearing. The expired product just lies there for three days and is not written off. Maybe they wanted to breed a fool, not in my understanding, but the fact remains. The store is sliding further every day.
