The service is terrible. When visiting the store, two of the employees communicated rudely. At first, the checkout reproached and encouraged us (the customers) to be insolvent when we bought the product at a discount (the store's own-made dish). Although we turned a blind eye to the fact that the following parameters were not specified: cooking time, shelf life, composition, weight of the product, price.
After that, we stopped at the "island of rest", which is quite allowed for customers. There was no security at his workplace. When we left the store, we saw him standing outside and talking on the phone. Later, we returned to mashazin again and saw our friends. They came up to greet them, and at the moment the guard said, "You're interfering with my work! Go over there."

It is not clear why there are 4 self-service cash desks, if there is no administrator on them, cashiers and guards ignore signals for help, as if they do not hear and do not see and so on all the time! At the same time, it is also interesting - one guard removes mistakes, and the second one says that he does not have such authority... It's very strange.

But... 3.03 we visited Almi once again, to buy flowers, because the price was the lowest for our city. We witnessed a conflict between the buyer and the security guard. The situation is very unpleasant, in my opinion. The representative of the guard behaved incorrectly, raised his tone, frantic sighing:... At once I will call the police and you are at my place!... A young man, a buyer, tried to call someone, answering the guard that he had no right to talk to him in such a tone.
On the eve of the women's holiday, the organization where I work ordered 34 bouquets of flowers for our employees. We bought them, but not in Almi.

New comfortable carts. I also liked the self-service cafeteria area, where you can warm up the purchased food in the microwave and eat it right there on the tables. Unusual and pleasant. They would also install a coffee machine here and it would be absolutely great! It's a pity that we have only one such store! The second store of the same chain in the city is smaller, not the same format. So my recommendations and suggestions for expansion.
