The bistro has a very strange format. According to the principle of "Unpopulated technologies", but it is not clear. Many dishes are in an open form: if you want to touch them with your hands, if you want to sneeze in them... You need to pour the soups yourself, and ask for hot ones at the distribution, where there seem to be 3 people in front of you, but everything is very slow: someone needs ice cream - and they went to the other end. The dishes are disposable, there's not enough space for landing, and it's kind of awkward in layout. I didn't like the food. For one visit, I won't be coming back.
