There used to be a good bank, excellent service. It's just an outrage right now! There are always queues, one cash register for all operations. At first, they stopped accepting utility payments, and now their transfers don't work either. No announcement, no warning! People learn from an outraged cashier that there have been no transfers for almost two months, having previously stood in line for a couple of hours. What the cashier is outraged about in this situation is completely unclear, probably because the bank's customers are not clairvoyant or that they do not receive/ send transfers every day, because then they would know exactly what and when the bank stopped working.

A terrible bank, people wait in line for hours, and there is only one cash register. Maybe the service is good, but the speed of customer service is completely zero.
