We were ahead in the queue and we wanted to buy new USD bills but the teller was offering us old bills. She couldn't understand that we wanted new ones. The man behind us bought all the new bills and they accommodated his request but not ours. The manager then referred us to another bank. We think this is unfair because we were ahead in the queue.

Very slow maintenance. There are 4 employees and only 1 cash register is open. The client is served for 15-20 minutes. It's 12:45 and they're already shouting, "Lunch, lunch, lunch." In general, I do not recommend this bank.
