the hotel is fresh, the location is convenient, you can walk around the entire center. It is very good to spend the night for 1-2 days. the mattresses are good, the repair is fresh, there is a spa massage not a bad level. there are nuances that are for an amateur: 1. audibility - you can hear through the wall and near the reception a loud party until 00, 2. next to the construction site and the view is so-so and knock during the day, 3. There are 1 piece of clothes hangers, no wardrobe, 4. the key to the room is 1 piece and if you are alone, then the key must be on leave the reception. if you choose it, then take earplugs and then everything is ok! definitely cheaper than hayata))

I liked the hotel! A new, modern, comfortable room (we took a suite so that a 13-year-old child could sleep in a separate room). Excellent WiFi (compared to other hotels in Uzbekistan), good new furniture, large comfortable bed, everything is clean, serviceable plumbing, shower gel, toothbrushes. The reception staff is as friendly as possible, they helped solve the problem with the thing forgotten in the room, they are always in touch, including for booking and check-in.
The breakfasts are good: yogurt, sausages, fried eggs (which will be fried at your request), omelette, bananas, apples, juices, cereals, milk, porridge, coffee machine with grain! coffee.
For Russians who want to open a Visa card - through two houses of the Central State University (MFC) to receive a PINFL, within walking distance of Amir Temur Square with a pedestrian street (where Capital Bank's main office is), 500 meters from the hotel there is a good Food Mall. We were in early April 2024, the construction site is in an active phase nearby, but not critically with the windows closed. The area is quiet, calm, while it is possible to walk to the center on foot, Yandex taxi arrives in 5-7 minutes. I recommend it, the price-quality ratio is 10/10! I would love to stop again!

I liked everything very much, the room is spacious and clean, comfortable mattresses, all accessories. THE STAFF IS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL.
THE BREAKFASTS ARE EXCELLENT.

One of the disadvantages is that there are not enough bedside tables and a wardrobe. Well, perhaps the main problem is that there are two construction sites nearby, windows to Windows. Therefore, it is unlikely that you can sleep sweetly for longer than seven in the morning.

1. The hotel is located inside the block, a quiet place, no noise from the street, close to the center, 15 minutes walk to the hotel Uzbekistan.
2. Breakfast is good. Porridge, sausages or/and chicken, omelet/fried eggs, lots of pastries, vegetables and salads, slicing. Juices , milk, tea, coffee machine.
3. The room is small, the mattress is comfortable, the pillows are high and hard (I like soft ones). Safe, refrigerator, drinking water, kettle and tea bags, coffee, air conditioning.
4. The air conditioner was just blowing air, not cooling. They opened the window, a bunch of mosquitoes flew in ((( I regretted that I did not take the fumigator!
5. WiFi works well.
6. Nearby, 5 minutes on foot, there are about 3 good restaurants. 1 Afsona-Uzbek cuisine and there is alcohol (beer, wine, cocktails) 15% service. 2 CityGrill-steaks, fish, duck, very tasty salads (eggplant with strachatella) and there is also alcohol 20%service. 3 Basilik- Italian restaurant, dress code!!!(they don't let you in shorts!!
7. I think you definitely need to visit the old Besh Kazan pilaf center (Iftikhor Street 1). The most delicious pilaf!! 3 types. The price of a serving is 32000-38000 soums!! Of the drinks, only tea and compote.

The boutique hotel is located a 10-minute walk from the metro station. And take a taxi to the airport 22 mm away. And it's not far from the center. Probably three metro stops. A good place for tourists. The staff is very polite and hospitable. The breakfast was hearty. And pies, and samsa, and pancakes, and porridges, and omelets, vegetables are different. And you can pour tea into the kettle. The coffee is not very good in the vending machine, but the rest is of excellent quality. The rooms are clean, everything is there.

The hotel is sooo decent, thanks to the restaurant staff for the delicious breakfasts. Freshly renovated, clean, cozy, everything is tastefully and lovingly thought out to the smallest detail. The reception staff is helpful and always ready to help with any question.

I spent 4 nights, I liked everything. The room is clean, the linen was changed every day. The water was renewed, the cosmetics in the bathroom. There are no extraneous sounds in the room, it was possible to get enough sleep. The breakfasts are varied and with a local flavor.

It is located next to the IELTS Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Machinery Engineers testing center. Now that IELTS is no longer held in Russia, you have to choose to take this exam abroad. That's how I ended up in Uzbekistan.
The hotel is not bad, you will definitely like the courtyard here, where you can drink tea with kebab while sitting on a wooden Uzbek ottoman.
The rooms are designed in loft style, the renovation is quite new, so it's nice to be here.
The breakfasts, of course, are modest. 3 types of salad, omelet with sausage and two types of sweets like baklava and cookies. They offer tea with coffee and a couple of types of compote with fruit juice. So, if you are picky about food, then it is better for you to choose a global all-inclusive hotel chain.
I give 4 stars to this hotel, as there was a construction site nearby and it was noisy to sleep…
In all other respects, for short business trips and travel, this hotel meets all the requirements.
I came with my family, so the issue of a room for 3 was acute for me. Therefore, I checked into a suite, the area of which was very spacious, and the space was cozy and without unnecessary details.

The lack of toilet paper, I had to buy more, because the administrator pretended that he did not understand Russian))
And of course, the problems of paying with a card (not Russian): they could not figure out how to use their own terminal))
But overall not bad, really not bad))

We were at this hotel from 12/29/23 to 6.01 24. A family of 4 people. Great hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and bright. The rooms are warm. Good breakfasts. The location is the center. The administration, responsive and pleasant guys. They will always help with any questions that arise. I recommend the hotel to visit.

Чистый уютный отель, очень вежливый персонал. Отель расположенв центре города, почти в шаговой доступности до станции метро Айбек. Если заселяетесь зимой, то учтите - привычного для россиян зимнего отопления там нет. Мы заселялись там 15 января 2023г. На улице стояли непривычные для Узбекистана морозы до -18 ночью. Поэтому в номерах отели было очень холодно. Хвала персоналу рецепшн - парень старался изо всех сил, притащил мощный обогреватель и, к полуночи в номере стало тепло, что пришлось выключать обогреватель. А так, рекомендую этот отель. За 2 суток заплатили 106$ за 2 отдельных номера.

It could have been a solid 5 except for cleanliness, but the situation with the air conditioner is absurdly stupid! We rested at the end of March in this hotel, when the average temperature outside is +20 degrees during the day. The air conditioner, according to the staff, was working in winter mode, as it was quite cold at night. Okay, but then why are there thick blankets in the room if your stove is working? Requests to fix the problem were answered with the same type, template phrases: "We have a winter regime!". Отличный отель!
Шведский стол на завтрак, всё вкусно, много всего на выбор.
Раз в 2 дня делают полную уборку в номере.
Очень хороший персонал. Донесли чемодан до номера из из номера когда уезжал, всегда готовы рассказать, посоветовать, помочь с любым вопросом.
Номер просторный, чистый. Всё необходимое есть: чайник, бокалы, вода, холодильник, сейф, климат контроль, тапочки, полотенца, гель, шампунь, фен, зубной набор, мыло, телевизор.
Однозначно выбрал бы ещё раз данный отель.

In general, I liked it. Matches the photo and description. Expectations were met. Beds are softer in comparison with other hotels, but it looks like they are traditionally very hard in Uzbekistan. Of the minuses: audibility (alarm clock in the next room, suitcase rolling down the corridor, footsteps are very audible and we woke up, there was a gap of 1.5-2 cm under the door + the room was illuminated with light through this gap when the lighting in the corridor was turned on. There is no towel rail in the bathroom, there are only hooks and, accordingly, the towels did not dry out. We were there for 2 nights. Towels were not changed and garbage was not cleaned. Not enough towels: for 3 people there were 2 medium, 2 small and 1 for legs. I think they would have brought it, but we didn't have the strength to go down for this, we didn't get through to the reception by phone. Breakfast is normal, there is a coffee machine. The room is spacious for 3.

Отель новый, чистый, сантехника работает прекрасно, вода в душе уходит. Завтраки неплохи на 4. Из минусы завтраков однообразны, выпечки мало и не очень вкусная. По минусам отеля: в номере нет шкафа под одежду - совсем; не работает кофе машина; при заселении в номере стояли открытые и наполовину пустые бутылки с водой, средство для мытья стёкол, не хватало полотенец, не было стульев. Попросили убрать и дать полотенца для ног, убрали но полотенца не дали. Вечером приходим опять полупустая бутылка и пакет с сахаром для чая открыт. Полотенце для ног принесли перед отъездом , но при выезде администратор пересчитывает все в номере, и наших друзей долго не отпускал как раз из за отсутствия полотенец. Расположение удачное, рядом банкоматы ,кафе,

Отличная гостиница! Чистота, отличное обслуживание, вкусные завтраки, приветливый персонал. В номере стильная мебель, отличная сантехника, всё выше всех похвал! Если я ещё раз поеду в Ташкент, то буду останавливаться только в этой гостинице.

Жил три недели. Своей цене соответствует.
Отличный завтрак, ежедневная уборка в номере. Матрас очень хороший.
Каждый день добавляют бутылочку воды, чай, кофе в пакетиках, сахар, мыльные принадлежности.
Рядом неплохое кафе.
Из недостков - отсутствие гладильной доски. Это первая гостиница в моей жизни, где есть трудности с поглажкой. Утюг есть, но на большом ровном столе.
Система отопления и охлаждения воздушная, она заметно гудит. Лично мне это не мешало.
Звукоизоляция тоже обычная для этой ценовой категории, т. е. полностью отсутствует.
Персонал приветливо и доброжелателен.

Если вы в командировке или с семьёй в Ташкенте очень советую. Свежий современный отель. Не очень большой. Практически в центре. В номерах идеальная чистота. Туалет ванная на твёрдую десятку. С утра хороший завтрак. Обилие фруктов. Шведский стол. Заварное кофе. Очень приветливый персонал. Любые твои хотелки исполняют мухой. Второй раз здесь останавливаюсь. В номерах центральное кондиционирование и неплохая звукоизоляция. Я так и не узнал что рядом в номерах живут соседи, хотя в корридораз встречаются люди. Короче, если привыкли к европейскому отелю то точно сюда. Если хотим экзотики и местного колорита то добавляем две цены и пробуем ещё что-то. Короче советую.

Отель расположен в отличном месте, чистый и свежий. Ресепшн реагирует на все просьбы быстро и эффективно. Уборки не было за 3 дня нашего пребывания, но это нисколько не испортило впечатлений. Из принадлежностей - все есть. Завтрак вполне достойный, но к его окончанию еды не остаётся, ее никто не добавляет.
Для своей стоимости - очень хорошо

It's just disgusting. Repairs in the room, the lobby, are done even at night: sawing, drilling, screaming like crazy and during the day too. The audibility in the room is just tinny. I really regretted staying here. The only plus:very clean, normal repair, mattress and pillows are just super. But this does not cover the above, because you pay money for comfort in the full sense of the word, and as a result you can get a nervous breakdown.

Отель новый, с уютной обстановкой и идеальной чистотой номеров. Несмотря на то, что окна номера выходили на дорогу, в комнате тихо. Персонал приветливый и доброжелательный. Шведский стол на завтрак стандартный, без замечаний. Отель рекомендую к посещению.

Новая гостиница, в номерах чисто, мебель новая. Для любителей стиля лофт отличный выбор. Завтрак небогатый шведский стол, но вкусно. В номерах делюкс нет халатов, и не предоставляют полный спектр принадлежностей личной гигиены.
