The Alphabet Tower is a symbolic monument dedicated to the ancient Georgian script. It is located in the Park of Wonders, on the city embankment of the capital of Adjara. The structure is made in the form of a 130-meter openwork cylindrical tower, wrapped with two spiral ribbons. The tapes feature three-dimensional images of 33 letters of the Georgian alphabet, made of polished aluminum. The tower is crowned by a glass sphere with a diameter of 30 meters. The project was designed by Spanish architect and engineer Alberto Domingo Cabo. When creating it, the architect was inspired by a graphic representation of the biological structure of DNA. Panoramic elevators take tourists to the top of the tower, where there is an observation gallery, a photo exhibition "Old Batumi", a restaurant and a bar. The event is paid!
