Very polite staff, they will help and prompt you in everything. The rooms are not very fresh, but they are pleasant, and they are often cleaned. It's pretty good for the price. The breakfasts are normal, you can eat too much. On the downside: the air conditioner didn't work well (it turned off after half an hour of work), it was very noisy outside, you couldn't open the window, but this is the whole area.

We stayed for a week in a double room in December 2024. The staff is friendly and speaks good English. We paid in euros and charged the same amount as indicated on the website when booking. The room is small, but clean and in good condition, cleaning was done every day. The breakfasts are delicious, mostly a standard set of snacks and spreads, the hot stuff changes every day, there are cereals, toppings, dessert - in general, you can eat half a day ahead. The ideal location is a 15-minute walk to the center, close to shops, currency exchanges, restaurants, and 5-10 minutes to get to the nearest metro or tram station. The only drawback is very good audibility from the street, even with the windows closed: constant car horns and prayers at 5 a.m. (near the mosque). But earplugs have completely solved this problem, if you have a good night's sleep, then it doesn't hurt at all. In general, we are very grateful that we chose this particular hotel!

I really liked the hotel. The room was clean, cozy, although small, cleaning and changing of linen and towels every day. Hygiene supplies were also added every day. There is a kettle and a mini fridge in the room. The location of the hotel is such that services in mosques are not heard, for some it is important. Very good breakfasts, varied. There are friendly managers at the reception, some understand a little Russian and speak a little, you can ask them for tea or Turkish coffee at any time of the day, this is included in the price, sit down at a table on a comfortable armchair and have a drink before going out on your business or in the evening upon return.
