Overall, not a bad hotel for its price. 2 km from kanatik, it costs 300 AMD to get there by taxi, which is quite inexpensive and convenient. There is a sauna and a swimming pool, but it is almost impossible to book them, the evening time is always busy. There is also a very strong audibility, as if cardboard walls. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. The rooms are spacious.

Price=quality =100% small hotel, 5 minutes walk from the center and restaurants. The only thing is on a steep hill (go down carefully in winter). There is a large construction site nearby, but it is quiet at night.

Well, I don't even know, I don't want to waste time on a review. If possible, find yourself another hotel. The only positive thing is the spacious room. Everything else is kind of an oversight and an absurdity.
There is billiards, but it was killed, there is a shady table, but there is nothing to play with, there is table football, but it is broken, there is a sauna, but the door does not close (they clamped it with a slipper), the hair dryer broke on the second day, the dinner was poor, there was no drinking water in the room, a towel was brought, but the room was not cleaned, the bed was not made (a small thing, but noticeably catches the eye). Leaky upholstery on the chairs in the halls on the floors.
The staff is friendly. There is wifi. There is equipment storage, but without a dryer.

Great hotel. Conveniently located. The only thing in cottages is there is no rag to wipe off the table. They give me napkins. Friendly staff. Nice pool and sauna. The kids are thrilled. It's a 10-minute drive to the ski lifts. Cool place

We had a rest with the whole family in the cottage. Everything is clean and warm, we recommend the cottage directly. The breakfasts are simple, but everything is delicious. It's a pity there is no coffee (only instant). The territory is good, but the big slope is too hard for the elderly. Price-quality ratio 👍🔥

We booked a hotel room at a booking, the rules stated that pets are allowed by agreement, no fee is charged. They called the reception, clarified the information, confirmed it to us, and said that dogs up to 7 kilograms are safely allowed, and you can book at the booking without any problems. As a result, when the reservation was already made, the same girl from the reception called us and said that we needed to pay 7000 drams for the dog. When we tried to say that we had just called and the information was different, the girl said that she had forgotten... I understand that this is not such a large amount, but it is unpleasant when people lie to you, you expect this attitude in the future. We cancelled the reservation, we are no longer considering this hotel.

The hotel itself is cool - the food is delicious, there is a good bar, you can play billiards.
We lived in a cottage - it didn't have much thermal insulation, and the heating couldn't cope.

Cozy rooms, delicious hearty breakfasts, friendly staff. Good Spa complex hammam, Finnish sauna, two swimming pools. Bathrobe, towels, slippers are all given out. There is a shuttle service to the ski slope.

The hotel is very "tired", there is no question of any 4 *. In addition, terrible management - we ordered two bedrooms with three beds, we were settled with two and insisted that we should pay extra for the desired layout. Then why sell something that doesn't exist on the booking? This is a hoax.
Breakfast for 3500 AMD is not even brewed for you, drink instant coffee.
Check-out is at exactly 12:00 (this is a ski resort and a weekday! The hotel is empty). They came to the checkout to count the glasses and plates in the cupboard.
In short, a nightmare. It's also a long way to the ski lift. Definitely NOT recommended. See the photos of this "four-star" hotel.

We took a double room with a Jacuzzi and two rooms (living room + bedroom). The condition of the room is 3. The Jacuzzi leaked very much, after use there was a gray plaque in the bathroom (apparently the hydromassage is not cleaned).
High audibility from 201 rooms, because it is next to the elevator.
Billiards is in very poor condition (no ball, very tired cues), you can't enjoy the game.
Breakfast is very poor. Even instant coffee.
