I changed the screen on the iPhone 14 Pro in Astana in June 2023. The phone was sent to Almaty, there was no equipment in Astana. After delivery to Almaty, a diagnosis was carried out and a new one was purchased for a couple of weeks. And then the phone went to Astana for a week. Everything would be fine, but the replacement of the screen in the official service has always been over 25 years of using mobile phones, it took 20-30 minutes in my presence, not almost a month.
