The wireless headphones were constantly disconnected from the phone during listening. I went to the cashier, said I want to return it. I was told we can't, you need to go to the service center. For any disagreement I had, I was told to just be Sorry. I came to the service center, they said that if their engineers decide that everything is OK with the headphones, they will not refund the money. And wait 5 days for verification. So, if you are not sure about tavara and appreciate your time, I do not recommend this store.
