When I bought the headphones, I asked if it was possible to check immediately on the spot after payment. They said yes. I paid for it, opened it and checked it. The wireless headphones were constantly disconnected from the phone during listening. I went to the cashier, said I want to return it. I was told we can't, you need to go to the service center. For any disagreement I had, I was told to just be Sorry. I came to the service center, they said that if their engineers decide that everything is OK with the headphones, they will not refund the money. And wait 5 days for verification. So, if you are not sure about tavara and appreciate your time, I do not recommend this store.

Phenomenal incompetents, 500 employees are watching memes, one person at the checkout serves 1 person for 20 minutes, seriously 3 people couldn't stand out of the queue after half an hour, because the queue didn't move.
