Terrible attitude towards the client and the same quality of furniture . Of the four chairs, only one is more or less. Three turned out to be married . Namely , one did not even gather , the Chinese even made the legs in the wrong place , in the second there was a sagging foam rubber , in the third the seam parted and the threads stick out in all directions !!!! How can such a thing be sold for a considerable price???? To refund or exchange my money, I need to use their paid delivery !!!!! That is, I still have to pay 35 rubles for an exchange or refund ??? ?Or order a loader to call a truck and take it to them so that they appreciate it !!!!! The electric car costs 14 rubles to deliver a refrigerator and climb to the 5th floor! And in Alta, 35 rubles for low-quality chairs!
