Negative experience. The store incorrectly calculated the amount of laminate, even though they counted it according to the technical passport. Three pieces were missing. The store's response is "Well, it happens." And according to the stackers, the store has laid a small stock and this is not uncommon. I had to order more, wait and go to the warehouse for them.
Now the question is how to report. The store says to negotiate with the handlers. The installers blamed everything on the store, they said that they were not going to come to report the laminate.
The thresholds have not been set. At their discretion, without asking, they laid laminate flooring in two rooms with one canvas. Like, "it's prettier this way." At the same time, when buying laminate flooring in the store, I was told that it was not technologically advanced, and any complaints about such installation are not accepted. A piece of laminate backing was not reported. I noticed it a few days later, so I had to slip it on.
The second day I've been trying to lay two and a half planks myself. At least I have some music.
