The order volume exceeds a ton, and we had to pay extra for delivery, although in other tile stores, when ordering over 500 kg, delivery is free. This is a significant disadvantage. It is a pity that in this aspect the management does not take into account the interests of customers making large orders. However, Natalia, the consultant, was able to remedy the situation by offering me a discount, which emphasizes her professionalism and ability to find ways out of difficult situations. Another advantage is the product warehouse in the same building and convenient parking.

I really liked this store. There is always a choice of modern tiles, and not as in others, just the quantity. There are enough consultants for all customers, they are friendly, they will answer all questions. About 7 years ago, glossy tiles were put in the kitchen, white, they were bought in this store and nothing happened to it, so I decided this particular tile store. There is a parking lot. One disadvantage is that the warehouse where the tiles are issued is very far away. But the movers are also friendly there. And when I didn't have enough tiles, they wouldn't deliver them to the store quickly (I had to go get the missing tiles myself). I don't know the consultant's comment that there wasn't enough tile or tiler.

In general, everything is not bad. Turning to the store's management, I would like to suggest that you have the opportunity to view the tile from the angle in which it will lie in the apartment. By the way, other tile stores provide this opportunity. The crux of the matter is that when the tile stands almost vertically on the stand, it has a completely different texture and has a different shade compared to the same tile lying on the floor. And if there are no problems with removing small tiles from the stand, then there is a question with large-format tiles. "There are no movers, but you will not remove it yourself, there is no cutting either." I had to scramble around the tiles to see what it would look like on the floor, at least roughly. It's not very convenient. The light in the wood-tiled hall is frankly yellow. To choose the right shade, you need to take each tile into an adjacent room where the light is white. But there is a nuance here too. Not all types of tiles located on the stands are in sliced pieces. That is, if you like a tile, it's not a fact that you can see it in adequate lighting. Or you will choose from the tiles that are in the cut. After all, a tile is a thing that is chosen for a long time and I would not like to choose it at random, because it is very difficult to change it. If we refine these nuances, we will have a top store.
