Today 08/22/2023 was my last purchase in this store.
I chose a sink, a mixer, and a clickclack:
the consultant placed an order: the mixer is in place, the sink from the showcase is only left, the click in the sink agreed to take it from the showcase, gave cash and the consultant ran away. I came to the second one, it seems that the process has started, but..
I was about to leave the store and asked about the receipt and documents, in response: we can't give you a receipt, I started demanding - they gave me a receipt only for the mixer, they wanted to send the rest to Viber - refused.
I spent more than an hour instead of 15 minutes.
