Today 08/22/2023 was my last purchase in this store.
I chose a sink, a mixer, and a clickclack:
the consultant placed an order: the mixer is in place, the sink from the showcase is only left, the click in the sink agreed to take it from the showcase, gave cash and the consultant ran away. I came to the second one, it seems that the process has started, but..
I was about to leave the store and asked about the receipt and documents, in response: we can't give you a receipt, I started demanding - they gave me a receipt only for the mixer, they wanted to send the rest to Viber - refused.
I spent more than an hour instead of 15 minutes.

I bought a toilet bowl in Altagamma 4 months ago. There was such a situation, I put the child on the toilet and the rim burst under him. Since the toilet is under warranty, I called the store and was eventually told this was not a warranty case because there was a mechanical impact on the rim. I explain what kind of mechanical effect I just put the child down and the rim cracked under him. In response, like sheep, no, this is a mechanical effect.As a result, I was sent culturally. It turns out that their guarantee is just a fiction. I found the same toilet bowl on the market for 150 rubles cheaper. Another case when they brought me a tile, one drawer was completely broken, I called the store and it was changed, but they told me to wait half a month. Then when the tile arrived, they called me and told me to go to the warehouse myself to get it. And the warehouse is at the end of the city. Here is the service, judge for yourself, they do not fulfill their warranty obligations from the word at all. I do not recommend this store, the prices are too high and the product is not very high quality.

Good tiles, a large selection, very pleasant consultants, there are always discounts, but very expensive. Definitely one of the most expensive tile shops in the city.
It all depends on your budget. I recommend visiting the Tile and Keramin store.

one of the best shops in Gomel, it's a pity the space is too small and there are no good large-format tiles of sizes larger than 1250*2500m. And so perhaps this is the best store.
