First, most importantly, for some reason there is no connection with a LIVE operator with whom you can contact directly. The phones of the call centers are not responding. There is no live communication with the operator, mostly robots are responsible. Nothing can replace a live connection. Because of this, I have to go to the call center to get an answer, so as not to make a mistake. After the update, we old people are confused not knowing what to do.
There are no complaints about the technical part yet.
I hope that they will attract many of the Assets to their side, where work has become worse both technically, and in constant price increases, and in working with clients.
I wish them success and more customers in a huge competitive space and, of course, in creating conditions for their customers, especially in technical and monetary terms!!!
