To be honest, the staff is not very friendly, maybe because I'm from Russia, but they didn't want to help me unlock the SIM card, the girl said I couldn't help, buy a new SIM card with a different number. As a result, I contacted the operator and the tele2 support service instantly resolved my question. It wasn't very pleasant, to be honest.
