The cartridge refilling service is TERRIBLE. When the cartridges were refilled for the first time, and they didn't really print (there were stripes)- we were told that before refueling it is necessary to bring a sheet of how it prints. Well, we decided that it was our own fault. The second time - it also happened again - but with a printed sheet attached - they said that we had shaken the cartridge during transportation, and also "swallowed" it, as they say. But when, after the third time contacting this organization on the issue of refueling and repairing the cartridge, it turned out the following - the cartridge was refilled, billed for its repair, and when using it, it turned out that it also turns out that it is necessary to change not only the drum, etc., but also the knives!!!! I.e. they arrived, they were repaired, they took it away, and returned a day later so that they could carry out repairs further!!!!!!!!!! Is this the provision of services??? I came and gave it to them, and then "ride" to them again so that they would do everything to the end and with high quality. If you want to return to them periodically after the service they provided and achieve the quality of the work performed, sparing no time and effort-CONTACT ALTERA!!!
