The most wonderful 250 lire that we could spend per person on a boat to the cave. We park the car at the top and transfer to the bus to the cave. There we take a ticket for 250 lire per person and enjoy the beautiful neck cave. It's September now and the water is not so high, so you can only sail 100 meters by boat, as we were told, the water rises closer to November and you can see a lot. There are no animals in the water, pigeons and a couple of toads live in the cave itself.

It's an absolutely pointless waste of time. It takes 4 hours to get to the cave in one direction in the format of an excursion. In total, you spend the whole day in the car. And the time in the cave is really about 5 minutes, you sail away from the entrance by about 30 meters, turn around and swim back. No waterfalls, stalagmites and different levels are included in the review. The cave itself, accessible to inspection, is uninteresting and ugly. It is better to look at professional photos on the Internet than to waste time on this pointless and tedious trip.

We were in September 2022, the cave is "open", there are few tourists. We drove from Manavgat in a rented car. We went there on a "good" road (Manavgat - Konya), back along a shorter but bumpy serpentine. The condition of both roads is quite decent. On the way back, you can observe the consequences of last year's forest fires from both sides. There are amazing views on the sides in the mountains, I want to stop and take pictures continuously. The cave is very beautiful, but we expected a little more: due to the low water, the "boatman" conducts a very short tour around a circle of 100 meters, stones are not allowed further. Judging by the footprints on the walls, the water rises 2-3 meters higher in the "high" season. A local employee told me to come in the spring, when you can swim / walk through the cave much further, where there is a waterfall and so on. In general, it is a good reason to come again. On the way back there is a village where there is a small family cafe with guzleme, accompanying tea and a very hospitable host: I highly recommend it.
