1. Buying tires. It passed without any problems. Apart from a young inexperienced manager who couldn't tell you the difference between one tire and another. Fortunately, Julia's manager suggested it. Thanks to her!
2. I signed up to re-inflate those tires. I arrived at the appointed time, but the tires did not refuse in the warehouse. I had to come the next day.
3. Arrived under warranty. For tire replacement. I waited 3 weeks for confirmation of the warranty case. They confirmed it and set a day. Arrived. And there are no tires again.
A huge company, competent specialists in the tire installation shop. But there is a problem with logistics or communication between branches.

I ordered tires with discs on Monday. I've paid for everything, I'm waiting for delivery. It's already Friday, still not. The delivery driver was rude. He says if you don't like it, make a refund.

I do not recommend contacting this office at all.
