I arrived to change the tires on February 25. There were new discs on the car. There is no congestion yet. I know the installer, he recognized me right away. Having a negative experience, I immediately warned him to do everything himself carefully on the first post. He ignored all my requests and put a student on my car and on the second post. The result is that the disc also flies off and is severely damaged by the machine. The name of the director is Denis. He assures that the issue will be resolved. I'm going straight from there to the Polimerdisk company. They immediately said that the discs are painted with powder paint, respectively, there is no selection and all discs will have to be painted, the cost is 84,000 tenge. After that, Denis began to bargain for a refund. He says let's reimburse you for 50000tg and that with storage and work. He offered to keep the money for himself. The result is an attitude towards a regular customer, ignoring all requests and refusing to refund. I'll take out all the tires in a few days. Such services are more expensive for themselves.
