I really liked the hotel, it's cozy at home, the staff is just super, they will always help if you have any questions. The sea is across the street, 15 minutes on foot, free sun beds, umbrella, shower, toilet. It takes about 20 minutes by taxi from 8-10 manats to the center of Baku. The hotel's sauna and gym are included in the price. The breakfast is varied, there is a swimming pool, a bar. Special thanks to the hotel manager Rustam, a very helpful person. I recommend

A very nice inexpensive hotel. It is located in the city center. The staff speaks Russian and English. A small swimming pool. It is one of the best places to spend the night. The shower cabin. Comfortable beds. We rested . They called a taxi and walked around the city. Thanks

Check-in for 4 days, we left two days later. We booked for a family of 4 people. There is a smell of cigarettes on the floor, people smoke straight from the rooms, the door was closed with a chop, the lock worked every other time, there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, dirt in the room, they did not clean it for two days, they saw the maid on the day of departure. At night, the Turks watched football, the feeling that we watched it together with them. They did not have time to shoot the video as milk was poured in a liter jar of green peas in the dining room, and in principle no one cleaned the tables. At 6 a.m., the ventilation system in the kitchen turned on and the howl was such that it felt like a vacuum cleaner was turned on above the room. After talking with the director, he modestly showed a sign with two stars - like what do you want, although they have 4 stars on the island and on the booking. The video was recorded but very large, not loaded. I have not met with such dirt anywhere, even in luxury motels in Russia. In my country, the service is much better!

Greetings to all. We stayed in Baku for 2 days on the way. We chose the Altus Hotel. Beautiful hotel, perfect cleanliness. The staff is very responsive, attentive. The only drawback is that the hotel has a swimming pool and sauna. We agreed in advance when we would go to turn on the sauna. The responsible employee forgot to turn it on every day and at the same time did not feel guilty. It just happened that way. We later encountered such an optional feature at every step. We ordered Flowers with delivery at eight in the morning, arrived at night to choose a bouquet, agreed to deliver again at eight in the morning. In the morning they called - come out. We waited for two hours, and did not get there. We agreed with the taxi driver at the hotel, his name is Elman. We agreed to go around the city in an hour to see the sights. Arrived four hours later . During this time we walked through the city. Taxi drivers charge two to three times the cost of a trip from tourists. Call a taxi through the hotel staff. They will say a fixed cost. At the same time, then the taxi driver will beg for more, do not give. In the market, the price for tourists is also two or three times higher. No one will bargain, it's a lie that they like to bargain in the eastern markets. I was distracted from the hotel, but I think this information may be useful. The hotel includes breakfast on request. Do not refuse, there is nowhere to have breakfast nearby, and you will have a hearty breakfast at the hotel. The choice is small, but everything is delicious. And not expensive. Bottles of water, sugar, tea, and coffee were placed in the room every day. The rooms are quiet, everything works. Bathrobes, slippers, shampoos, gels are provided. In general: the price and quality correspond. We were at the end of January 2023.

We had to check in for 6 days, we left after the first night, to say that this is the worst possible hotel, to say nothing, there are huge cockroaches in the room, it is very dirty, the window in the room immediately overlooks the wall of the building next to it, the bed linen is gray and apparently smoked right in the bed, holes in the the soul is dirty .we checked in late at night, next to the room, there were dirty dishes, which were still in the hallway on the floor for the next day, there is practically nothing at breakfast, dirty dishes and dirty tables, a dirty wall in the photo (this is the view from the window) and I also suggest paying attention to what a dirty carpet

The very first thing to take care of when checking in is cash in the national currency, our cards do not work, not even the Chinese yunien pei. They also do not accept euros under any circumstances. They can only take dollars in 100-dollar bills. Our room was tired, the furniture was worn out, the drawers did not open well - there is more wine here, of course, from the guests themselves. The plumbing is not all working, the drain in the shower works very poorly. On the third day, they asked for a kettle, there is no point in writing about missing tea, coffee, sugar. The reception staff is always polite, they always agree, but the towels were brought to us after the second reminder, although they should be in the room. Breakfast is expensive and very meager. In the basement there is a small swimming pool, hammam and sauna. Massage: this is a song, a girl is doing a massage with one hand, because her other hand is busy with the phone she is talking on. Her nails were 2 centimeters long, at least it's not professional, at most she can get an infection by scratching the skin.

Tin! The window of the room overlooks the wall and the window of the neighboring hotel. It's dark even during the day. Waking up in the morning it is not clear whether it is night yet or morning already. In the next room, there were cheerful tenants who started doing cupcake at the time when I went to bed, despite the fact that we did not return to the room before 12 at night, therefore we did not go to bed before one or two in the morning. There was a desire to knock on the window (it's not difficult, because the distance allowed you to do it at arm's length). There are no cups, tea, or coffee in the room. I saw how other residents bought coffee themselves and brought it with them for breakfast. I threw up the iron on the third day. A one-time trip. I will not go to Baku anymore. I agree with the previous review about prices. In Russian, it is better not to ask prices on the market. We conducted an experiment: there was a person with us who spoke Azerbaijani, I come up, ask the price in Russian, I leave, a person comes up behind me, asks in Azerbaijani. In reality, the difference is at least 10 manats, or even more. The hotel is not worth the money that is being requested.

As I entered the room, I left. At the reception, the bags refused to be brought into the room, the room is dark, the window is boarded up, there is no shampoo, there is no kettle. I asked to change the room, they offered the same + dirty carpet. In the restaurant, the music is playing very loud, just some kind of brothel. When paying receipts, checks are not given, they have not even been heard of. I took the money, I stayed in another hotel across the street

The hotel does not correspond to 5*. The description of the hotel does not correspond to reality. There is no kettle, tea or coffee in the rooms. Complete indifference to customers. Bed linen and towels are worn, with holes and stains. There are a huge number of inexpensive hotels in Baku, in no case do not choose Altus.
