There was a 3-day delay when ordering spare parts through the website, but that's still half the trouble... Upon receipt, I ran into a manager who, for some reason I didn't understand, didn't want to hand over my order. At first, he said that the spare part had not arrived yet, but when I explained to him that the delivery status indicated that the part was in the office, he suddenly began to say that it was lost, behaving strangely and incomprehensibly, looking at all this absurdity, I demanded clear and precise explanations from him, after which he printed out the invoice and literally A minute later, he brought me the goods himself. The behavior of this employee still remains a mystery to me, and I really hope that the other managers behave more appropriately. We kindly ask the management to conduct explanatory conversations with the staff and take the necessary measures to prevent negligence towards their clients. I give one star because I contacted the store for the first time and immediately got a negative experience. I strongly recommend that all customers be very attentive and vigilant with the staff of this store!!!
